Refund policy

We offer a 30-day store credit or exchange policy. You have 30 days from receiving your item to request a return for store credit or an exchange. Please note, we do not offer refunds.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in its original condition—unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, you are eligible for a full refund, exchange, or store credit for the same amount — just contact us within 30 days of receiving your order with photos of the issue.

If your exchange is approved, we’ll provide a shipping label and instructions for returning your item. Once processed, your store credit will be applied to your account. Please note, items sent back without prior exchange approval will not be accepted.
